Successfully accomplished the mission and was the only Company in the task force to have zero accountability issues for the entirety of the operation.• Improved morale rating from 40% to over 90% within first 12 months of Command.• Implemented immediate training plan to improve tactical proficiency and physical fitness. Soldier readiness increased in every metric over a 12-month period.• Built relationship with 5th Special Forces Group to provide world-class, enhanced marksmanship, medical, and communications training for my Soldiers as well as for a sister unit within my Battalion.• Rated in the top 3 Commanders by senior leadership.
