These analytics display turnover rates for over 30 employees, accounting data for over $50M in monthly expenses, and workflow management output for several teams. This allows for high value stake holders to make informed decisions that lead the organization towards maximum efficiency.• Plan, Develop, and maintain an online help desk (TxDOTNOW) that manages PeopleSoft user requests. This website replaced antiquated systems, increased help desk throughput by 98%, and categorized complaints to aid in overall customer satisfaction.• Write system manuals to provide training and education for end users on the contract entry process in the PeopleSoft Program. These manuals currently total to over 1000 pages, and are updated annually. Help desk requests for issues solved by the manuals’ instruction decreased by 25% after manual release date.

• Built and maintained web application, managing millions of network devices from Cisco Meraki cloud.
