Ran Microsoft's largest governance, risk management and compliance system (Archer - GRC), an orchestration engine that is the foundation of Microsoft's commerce platforms and several other mission critical services.

Part of the Windows Engineering System Team as we started the "1ES" effort across Microsoft.Technical lead of the PMs working on Git Adoption for the Windows Engineering Team.Partnered with the Visual Studio Online Team and drove 1ES onboarding for the Windows team.Partnered with Microsoft Research to implement "source partitions" a means of defining and enforcing componentization of the Windows code base.

As a PM on the Windows Debuggers team, I designed software and became an expert in the field of debugging... my personal focus was finding ways to help engineers more easily understand the state of a machine under kernel debugging or an app in user-mode. I also helped our team deal with competing priorities, coordinated efforts between several teams scattered across multiple divisions, and managed our release schedule. It was a great pleasure to work with so many incredible engineers.

As a SDET at Microsoft, I learned to drive culture change in a team with thousands of engineers. On our combined engineering team, I played SDET, Dev and PM roles. We learned how our engineers worked through telemetry, data and light conversation. Then we took that knowledge and built a test framework that met their needs, freeing them from maintaining redundant technology. That framework is now part of Visual Studio and the Windows SDK.
