- Training and managing a growing team of Environmental Inspectors - Liaising with our client to report on progress and strategize. - Advise businesses on best practices/mitigation to reduce blockages in the sewer caused by commercial misuse and in turn reduce flooding and pollution events.- Investigating incidents using GIS software to determine potential contributors and identify businesses to engage with.- Running reports using our CRM to ensure all inspections are completed and all data is recorded correctly and promptly.- Performing monthly audits on all members of my team to ensure they follow SOP and health and safety protocol.- Setting and reviewing deadlines for the completion of work by myself and the team.- Embedding with network teams to ensure all relevant cases are referred to me to ensure that they are investigated and set up promptly.

- Helping set up the commercial FOG program and designing the engagement process as this was previously a program run by contractors (ECAS) who were my employer prior to my move to Wessex Water.- Carrying out inspections of businesses to determine whether the installation of grease-trapping equipment is necessary.- Working with businesses after an inspection to advise them on mitigation.- Review quotes to ensure that proposed pieces of equipment meet the required engineering standards and are appropriately sized for the business's needs.- Ownership of my sites and schedule.- Liaising with network teams to ensure that all relevant incidents are brought to my attention.
