 Maximized gross margin by implementing cost savings programs, driving efficiencies and effective pricing strategies  Develop, manage and coordinate operational and administrative activities for the Logistics Transportation Department Oversee all transportation activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of job responsibilities Create and maintain strong business relationships with new and current customers Responsible for budget planning of capital, target, operating and payroll divisions Develop and coordinate schedules with carriers, vendors and clients to maximize service levels and improve efficiencies Develop and provide market expertise and knowledge both internally and externally Successfully deliver end-to-end contract projects, negotiations, NDAs, SLAs, VRMs and RFPs Partner effectively with other functions in the organization and provide analysis, sourcing, negotiation, risk mitigation and decision support in areas such as contracts, agreements, pricing and vendor sourcing Develop and track key metrics to evaluate supplier/vendor performance and facilitate supplier relationship management  Drive cost savings and reduce spend both internally for the organization and externally for the clients  Procure third party software and technology vendors in order to align with the present and future goals of the group
