Provide finance partnership to Electronic & Chemical (E&C) to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality, profitability and cost efficiency. Lead and support E&C’s Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes, as well as providing headcount planning. Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.

Responsible for driving $50M working capital initiatives and building solid execution plan along with weekly tracking in alignment with finance guidelines. • Plays a pivotal role driving results in the Procure-to-Pay process for nearly $5 Billion in Third Party and Inter company Spend at Honeywell PMT and maintains close alignment to Procurement Leadership team.• Manage tactical team of GPS members who maintain SAP price records and invoice resolutions.• Ensures and execute a solid path to achieve working capital targets for the organization.

This includes partnership with Procurement and PMT SBU's to ensure alignment on P&L impact. This also includes coordinating with Corporate Procurement• Provide financial analysis needed to support decision making and identify cost improvement opportunities• Help to develop tools, processes and metrics to analyze and measure performance. Responsible for FP & A Support for Honeywell Scanning and Mobility business Involved in weekly Forecst, monthly OPEX reporting, BDW and MOR Presentation, AOP, Short rage forecasting. • Assisted in developing the annual operating plan, forecasts and outlooks of Balance Sheet and Sales and Marketing department spend. • Partnered with Budget Owners regarding OEF and Census planning.• Responsible for the monthly OPEX cost reporting for the Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops functions.• Responsible for driving discussions with the budget owners on the monthly OPEX result to understand the major variance drivers. • Assistance in preparing and publishing the monthly MOR deck for top management review.
