I am Civil Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, a full member of Technical Chamber of Greece, AVAG and ΕΛΙΕ (Hellenic Institute of Valuation). I am also certified Valuer of the Greek Ministry of Economics and a certified Energy Inspector. I have over 35 years experience in Residential and Commercial Design and Construction, as I have undertaken several projects which were successfully completed. I am also a real estate valuer with over 17 years experience and have undertaken many complex valuations in both urban and rural locations involving residential, commercial, mortgage, industrial and primary production properties as well as equipment valuations for several companies and private individuals. I am also a consultant on real estate development, due to my thorough knowledge of greek real estate market and greek legislation on property.
