Manager/Supervisor: of multi skilled manufacturing and Flight Hardware Assembly groups at the Johnson Space Center. Responsible for monitoring and managing a large workforce of technicians and engineers of multiple skills sets and trades. Responsible for setting goals and objectives, monitoring production, continuous process improvement, ensuring safety requirements are met, maintenance of training and certifications and compliance with NASA Manufacturing Processes, DPIs, SOPs, and PRCs.Responsible for groups consisting of: • Flight hardware assembly and development • Flight Softgoods assembly and development• Precision sheet metal fabrication• Machine shop operations• Flight Class I welding and fabrication
