I’ve been involved in the franchise business, in one way or another, my whole life. I’ve worked at and in restaurants, built and run franchises in Canada and globally, and launched many food brands. I’ve been in corporate roles but am at heart a serial entrepreneur. Over the years I’ve had this kernel of an idea that started to form. An idea bigger than myself and bigger than any enterprise I’ve ever been part of. I’ve launched portions of this idea and seen them take hold, gain a following and show success, much like writing chapters of a book. Chapters that include restaurant concepts, partnerships with 3rd party delivery apps, and a focus on operational efficiency models.
