Operating as Head of Marketing, leading the development of Stratton International's marketing strategy. Working directly under Robert Stratton, CEO/Broker Officer and collaborating with associates to design and produce account-based marketing campaigns.

Worked directly alongside C.E.O. & V.P. of Business Development to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to launch new products and grow existing product lines in the aftermarket automotive space. Designed, developed and successfully launched Sway-A-Way's first e-commerce website that generated six-figure revenue from 80% organic traffic in 12 months. Responsible for all of Sway-A-Way's web assets, advertising, print media, social media, trade shows, photography and influencer campaigns during my employment period.
