George Roth is an experienced leader, manager, educator, scholar, consultant, and writer.  He has worked in industry and academia.  For twenty years, he held lecturer and research appointments at MIT’s Sloan School of Management where he studied, lectured on, and wrote about organizational learning, leadership, culture and change. He develops his expertise as a scholar/practitioner engaging with students and clients in producing desired changes in corporations and government, and programs at MIT.    George’s management experience includes roles in research, business development, engineering, operations, strategy, sales, and marketing. His expertise extends across corporate leadership departments, including personnel, process design and implementation, marketing, strategic planning, product development, engineering, and management.  He coaches senior leaders, and consults with them, their teams, and organizations in times of change, helping them to identify and develop the capabilities needed to achieve business results along with higher levels of personal satisfaction and collective wellbeing.
