Coaching role for a team of 40 new recruits. Role included coaching fibre jointing, fibre cabling and copper jointing/cabling. Also included acting manager role and assisting manager with safety and quality checks. As a management team we were heavily involved in coming up with cost saving solutions to complex network issues.
