Hi, I’m George, a young entrepreneur with broad experience across the hospitality, tech/gaming, and sports management industries. I am currently the Recruitment Director at Delta Recruitment, a business focused on placing talented graduates and professionals into sales roles. This role allows me to work full-time on what I’m passionate about: building connections and affecting the lives of young people in a positive way. As a professional: I’ve gained in-depth experience working across diverse sectors, honing leadership, sales, and organisational skills. My ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, and execute on ambitious goals has been key to my success. I am highly driven, adaptable, and focused on delivering results.I am skilled in areas such as bartending, tech logistics, event coordination, sales, guerrilla marketing, public speaking, pitching, leadership, content creation, video editing, and negotiation.I’m currently studying Team Entrepreneurship at UWE, which has given me access to a valuable network of like-minded individuals. This environment has also sparked various entrepreneurial ventures, from successfully selling pumpkins on campus during Halloween, running a Frat Party-themed club night in Bristol and running a student staffing agency for several months. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym and creating content for my personal TikTok and YouTube page (@JourneyWithGeorge), where I share tips on self-development for young men and women. Additionally, I’ve been learning guitar for the past year, blending this skill with my passion for music and singing.
