-Mentored the senior Class of 2012 - 2015 through the college application process.-Developed curriculum for the TeenCorps Service Program that provides academic, professional, and personal tools to facilitate growth of the students to allow maximum performance of service in the Capital Region.-Facilitated weekly meetings with the TeenCorps Service Program by leading trainings that provide insight to students about their service experience.-Coordinated four annual College Access Day events that brought over 50 Siena College students to Green Tech to facilitate trainings on the College application and admissions process.-Developed and organized a writing partnership with a Siena College First Year Seminar course that trained and engaged Green Tech students in writing activities that enhanced their skills.-Led a team of 3-5 Bonner Service Leaders in their role at Green Tech by providing guidance and encouragement in their personal projects with the students.

-Designed and facilitated daily English classes with High School and Middle School students by lecturing and a variety of classroom activities.-Engaged in regular cross cultural activities with locals of the town of Coroico by performing activities that showcased the unique attributes of both cultures.-Accumulated video footage and interviews of local residents, fellow internship participants, and administrators of the experience to highlight the importance of the particular partnership between Siena College and Unidad Académica Campesina-Carmen Pampa.
