I enjoy, and can be effective at helping other people, and making their lives better or more productive. I am structured and organized in my thinking and approach, and I bring theses tendencies to the work I do. I appreciate an environment where everyone wins together. Finally, I am logical and objective, and able to get to the heart of a problem extremely fast and efficient. I have 20 plus years, developing our youth in various athletics, and pride myself, in being that individual, who truly leaves others better off after engaging with them.
