While at Brooks I focused heavily on contract reviews, identifying over 30 shortfalls on a $161 million air defense communications upgrade. In 2008, I interned at the 12 Fighter Training Wing Legal Office at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio. While there I provided over 20 contract legal reviews support over $150 million in procurements.

This position also included overseeing several administrative investigations into allegations of misconduct and mismanagement of government property. Among the various duties, acting as an ethics advisor was crucial when advising senior leaders making "can do" versus "should do" decisions.
