I am an accomplished leader with over 30 years of successful strategic and tactical leadership in meeting a wide variety of challenges in federal and military organizations. I am creative with a positive attitude and have a steadfast commitment to excellence. I have a proven track record in motivating and building a strong organizational climate through personal involvement and successfully working with multiple organizations to support organization objectives. I had the privilege and honor to work with two great organizations throughout my professional career; U.S. Army (Army Medical Department) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and I was proud to serve as a Soldier and Civil Servant. My greatest achievement was the opportunity to train, coach and mentor young professionals and logisticians. That is what made the long road worthwhile; giving others the same possibilities that was afforded to me.
