Founded the company and led it through the delivery of the Analogue to Digital Terrestrial TV switchover 7 years later, a major National Project. The company was awarded the Single Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting license in 2014 through an international open public tender and took over the task of the Analogue to Digital transition of Greece for the total of the Private TV Industry (125 TV channels). Successfully accomplished the two phases of Digital Switchover within budget and very tight timeframes (the shortest in EU) aligning the State, the retail Market, the Broadcasters, and the general population. Built positive anticipation for the change, delivered “Digea” as a Mega Brand with institutional attributes and 90+ awareness, while being the sole spokesperson for the project, handled people education and delicate crisis situations.
