George Maxwell Coaching Psychology Ltd specialises in providing evidence-based coaching psychology and life coaching for psychological wellbeing, self-development, transition, and performance improvement. Since beginning my coaching journey in 2019, I have had the pleasure of coaching people to excel across a range of contexts, from business and industry, to the performing arts, and to professional sports.I pride myself on delivering evidence-based coaching techniques, in a down-to-earth and personable way. My approach is about empowering you to move in the direction of your values, and to provide you with the skills and information that you may need to overcome your challenges. I am trained in the GROW model of coaching, but also have an MSc in Positive Psychology, a PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, and hold accreditation with the EMDR association UK and the British association of Behavioural and cognitive psychotherapies (BABCP). All of this means that I am able to offer a truly multimodal and tailored approach to your coaching goals. I offer in-person coaching from my office on Rodney Street in Liverpool city centre, and online sessions as needed. I uphold the ethics of my professional body, the British Psychological Society, and robustly maintain your right to confidentiality and quality of service throughout the coaching process.
