Managed and supervised 2nd Shift personnel within a 1,225,000 square foot 3PL Distribution Center, utilizing WMS and Kronos monitoring and reporting systems. Ensuring the daily production is accurate and complete. Also, ensuring that outbound loads are loaded and shipped at prescribed intervals. Reporting daily results to the Distribution and General Manager with hourly totals to maximize time management.

Designed, implemented, and supervised, 150 square foot Value Added Service kitting department of $4M in rotating stock and $1M in building materials and up to 130 personnel on a daily basis in a food grade facility.
