• Support internal and external business partners in maintaining fixed asset register• Act as first point of contact for all fixed asset queries within team• Prepare and post monthly unallocated cash accruals• Provide data suite for external Fixed asset audit, fulfilling all resultant queries thereafter• Provide supplementary information for reporting purposes• Generate and send intra group invoices for royalty billing process, liaise with country colleagues both on/offshore to ensure data accuracy• Collect and provide monthly KPIs and further metrics for controllers’ team review• Maintain monthly closing checklist to ensure all tasks are complete on daily basis during period close• Perform month/quarterly controls including providing logs of all post close entries, depreciation reconciliation, & ensuring all manual entries for the period have proper supporting documentation and necessary approvals.

• Investigate aged unallocated customer payments on AR accounts to locate proper invoice, provide information to customer facing colleagues where more information is required• Act as focal point for team where any issues occur during daily processing, working with colleagues in debt collection, credit assessment and debt recovery, in addition to external stakeholders• Identify duplicate payments, preparing refund batches daily• Prepare and execute monthly direct debit cycle• Prepare weekly and monthly control reports for my line manager• Perform monthly status of account reporting reconciliation for AR accounts, including AR-GL integrity check such that all open items are correctly reported to senior stakeholders• Perform daily euroShell financial reconciliation, which validated supply chain integrity from point of sale to customer invoicing across several ERPs. Investigating any anomalies with IT support• Provide emergency continuity support for retailer billing colleagues, supporting customer invoicing process• Liaise with credit assessment to manage security payments
