Over 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate financing. Extensive experience in financing construction, permanent loans, participations, syndications, and swaps have provided a rounded successful career. I have been fortunate to have been given a solid grounding in lending fundamentals, not only by virtue of a formal credit training program but by the experiences in the credit, underwriting, and portfolio management disciplines, as well as the tutelage and generosity of uncommon mentors. In the “find it, grind it and mind it” world of commercial real estate, the relationship between a lender and a real estate investor/developer that is established on honest communication, trust, and mutual respect, is the avenue to a true relationship. I value the relationships that I had the opportunity to develop in my career.
