During a period when I was purchasing investment propertiesI realized that there was a need for qualified home inspectors. It was then that I decided to register with the American Home inspector Institute (AHIT) in 2005. This was a great first step and then I followed that by becoming a Certified Home Inspector with N.A.C.H.I. in 2006. I continued to do home inspections and started my own business - homesweethomeinspections.caI continued to do this on the side while being the General Manager of the Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls, Canada. I loved running the Hard Rock Cafe! By 2019 it was time to pack it in and run my business full time!Becoming a home inspector proved to be a perfect fit. It allowed me to apply my marketing experience, people skills and experience with health and safety into inspecting, running a business and creating a website. By 2019 Home Sweet Home Inspections was the Top rated home inspection company in Hamilton and the Niagara Region. We had excellent ratings online as well as a very solid online presence.
