It doesn't really matter what it is, that's what's important to that customer at the time so it's important to me. And we're good at it. We've been in business for over 20 years and have seen many companies like us come and go over that time. Our ethos means customers not only hardly ever leave, they keep coming back time and time again. I like to keep active. What little spare time I have from the "through the week" job is usually spent behind a camera photographing sports events, in the gym or on the bike. It's a busy life .
