I am business focussed and commercially aware with a wide spectrum of skills and have the ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively in competitive and challenging environments. Career History/Experience2013 till now         General manager in German NGOFrom October 2013 till now I am working as a manager for a German NGO organization calledMUELLSTADTKINDER DE. CAIRO .Our organization is concerned in developing the children of the garbage areas especially the garbage area in 15th of may city in Cairo.We started our work since 2006 and our main project was educating the children of the area .When I started my work as a manager for the organization I established several goals for the development of this area:1: Developing the education of the children.2: Developing the handcraft skills of the women and young uneducated young girls .3: Realizing the main problems of the people in the area and their needs .4: Working in a legal way according to the rules of our country.5: Solving the general problems of the area as the lack of water, electricity and drainage system.To achieve these goals i started the following projects:1: Establishing an Egyptian organization named CHANCE FOR A BETTER LIFE ORGANIZATION , to work the social work according to the rules of the social work in Egypt .2: Establishing an education centre inside the garbage area as after an extensive study to the traditions and the life style of  the garbage people , i realized that the women and the children ,the two main goals of our organization work , will not be able to go out of the area .Thus to establish a real development of the children and women we must build the centre inside the area .

As the technical manager I have the responsibility for the entire maintenance department function. My key responsibilities are; develop and manage the monthly maintenance plan for the department and set the objectives and targets for sales/marketing to existing and prospective clients. In the sales and marketing role I design flexible service contracts as well as offering rental contracts with services and spare parts ensuring a recurring revenue stream and long-term relationship with our clients. My achievements include:• Contributed to increased sales of 30% over 5 years• Increased customer base from 10 to 350 customers• Saved costs by sourcing machines outside Egypt to a supplier in Germany• Implemented an automated service planning process, which, resulted in a faster more reliable service, saving time and improving productivity.• Designed and implemented a database and information system program for logging and tracking across the maintenance department

My responsibility as the assistant manager was to maintain the digital copiers for the major key account customers of the branch. I had the added responsibility of managing and supervising the senior engineers in the branch, preparing the daily work plans for all engineers and revising the daily reports. My role also included the training and mentoring of the engineering staff and to plan and implement monthly audit and service visits to 25% of the customer base to ensure high quality of service and maintain relationships. My achievements include: • Prepared and managed the annual spare parts budget for 1000 + items.• Redesigned the maintenance workshop general layout to improve facilities and increase efficiency which resulted in better service and an increase in moral and motivation of the team due to the improved working environment• Introduced a monthly and annual operation plan, which included the preparation and storage of the spare parts for the maintenance activities and a monthly training and skills development program for all technicians.

Responsibilities:(1) Responsible for the field training of senior and junior engineers, as well as preparing the daily work plan for all engineers. This is besides revising all of the daily reports submitted by senior engineers.(2) Responsible for maintaining digital copiers for the major customers in my branch & for preparing a weekly report of all needed spare parts in the branch.(3) Responsible for field supervision for the senior engineers as well as planning monthly visits to 25% of the branch customers.
