I am a Project Executive for Daniel DeMarco & Associates. I specialize in high end retail and high end residential millwork construction from start to finish. I am responsible for engineering each millwork item with our drafting department. Checking/redlining drawings for submittals directly to clients, designers, architects, and shops. Organizing a schedule for our clients, internal team, and shops. Working and talking directly to our clients, designers, Architects, shops, and vendors on a daily basis. Purchasing all materials. Organizing and supervising our Drafting team, Project Managers, and shops to assure that the project is built in time, within budget, and built to the highest quality.
