Reduce accidents, harm to people and no damage to the environment. Ensuring that the management and supervisors are actively involved in the implementation of safety Management plan. Undertake regular safety audits and inspections  Waste management. Advise and instruct on various safety related Issues (noise, use of machines)  Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements  Monitoring and assessing of hazardous and unsafe situations  Develop suitable communication materials for HSE trainings and exercise drills.  Conduct Daily job safety analysis Conduct Risk Assessments Develop safety training schedules Fire Management Establish safe operating procedures for all major tasks and operations with the company Present /facilitate compliance training eg JSA, Safety Reps etc. Define and identify safety related training needs for the workplace  Attending to emergency incidents Ensure that all traffic management procedures are carried out in a safe and efficient manner to avoid harm to the environment, injury to personnel and damage to equipment Accident and incident investigations Design and deliver environmental awareness trainings to support implementation of the environmental policy, procedures and environmental management plan. Determines the strategic direction and work priorities (in conjunction with line management) for the continuous improvement of the organization and Sites SHEQ management program and systems. Advises line management and assists with the implementation of new or existing SHEQ-related legislation, rules, and Company standards to include fire prevention, health and safety awareness training, site inspections of Company and contractor’s sites. Full responsibility for Company preparations for Health & Safety audits and Quality Assurance To assist in retaining all current quality accreditations and work towards the attainment of new quality accreditations. Monitors the Site “permit-to-work” system to ensure compliance with Company standards.
