Serves as the Operations & Planning Officer for the Defense Coordinating Element, Region 3, United States Army North (USARNORTH). Supports the Defense Coordinating Officer (DCO) in the conduct of on-going operations, planning, training, and coordination with Department of Defense and other federal, state, and local partners, to execute the USARNORTH Commander's responsibilities for Homeland Defense and Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA).

Responsible for disaster preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation activities for the Township of Elsinboro, a community of approximately 1,000 residents located in rural Salem County, New Jersey. Elsinboro is a coastal community that is located within the Emergency Planning Zone for the Salem & Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Stations.• Graduate of the Federal Emergency Management Agency Basic Academy

Served in a variety of leadership and staff positions at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Responsible for managing, planning, and reporting logistics activity and defense support to civil authorities. Experience working with various governmental and non-governmental organizations, foreign military partners, government contractors, and a diverse civilian workforce.
