I am a data focused supply chain expert with nearly three decades experience delivering quantifiable and sustainable improvements both through managed projects and operational excellence in the FMCG sector. I work across all aspects of data; collection, transformation and analysis, as well as delivering improvement projects with my yellow belt certification. Often working within a project management environment, I am highly structured individual with strong attention to detail and excellent planning. At my best in a changing environment, I love sharing my ever growing knowledge of Lean and thrive where there is a win-win approach to success.My latest role included managing the manufacturing information system (MIS), driving the lean and CI program, and supporting review cycles across all functions within manufacturing with data driven decision-making and performance reporting.Outside of work I have a keen interest in gardening, sustainable living and humanitarian aid having volunteered for charities supporting youth development across Europe. I’m currently looking for a new challenge, with people culture and ethical trading high on my list of preferences when looking for a new employer.
