- Providing communications, administrative, membership, and logistical support to the Positioning and Democracy Program / Democracy Trust Fund;- Educating relevant target groups on the DTF Program;- Providing adequate support and coordination of program activities including county town hall meetings to champion the agenda of gender equality and the benefits of electing women in nine target counties.- Technical support through organizing / mobilizing for meetings and preparing project progress reports under the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF), Uraia Trust and UN Women Kenya grants;-Regular updating and management of DTF website and Twitter page.

- Analyzed, documented and tracked emerging National Governance issues from a gender responsive perspective.-Supported the organization of meetings while tasked with activity report writing.-Convened monthly virtual brown bag stakeholders sessions to share emerging concerns and receive further input to enrich the discussions on the status of women’s leadership in the sectors - Health, Agriculture, Peace and Security, Technology & Media, Faith Based Agencies, Trade Unions, Health, Agriculture, Peace and Security, Technology & Media, Faith Based Agencies, Trade Unions, Learning Institutions, Chamas &Informal Sector, Business & Boards and Political Leadership, Faith-Based agencies.

- Ensured day to day implementation of the project according to the project work plan, CRAWN Trust's standards and SMART objectives.-Ensured that technical documents of the project are properly developed, reviewed and appropriately disseminated.-Managed relationships with community mobilizers during mobilization for the project activities.-Coordinated logistics of project activities at various training forums.-Prepared regular project progress reports, ensuring consistency in the project reports, developed a profile of all project stakeholders, implemented Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with partner agencies and documentation of meetings with partner organizations.-Ensured that MEAL principles are integrated in the project and any other duties as may be assigned under the project.

Assisted in the implementation of milestones geared towards cohesion through engagements with political parties, Civil Society Organizations and other relevant actors such as citizens from informal settlements within Nairobi County. The outcome of this was to ensure that the art of dialogue as a tool for conflict resolution is deeply inculcated in order to uphold and promote the civic and democratic space in Kenya.
