Throughout my career, I've discovered that empathy, clarity, humility, accountability and curiosity are crucial values for any leader.I'm an entrepreneur, consultant and facilitator with more than 30 years of business and leadership experience. My career path has taken me to diverse places, the publishing world, the diplomatic corps, an MBA at Stanford and sitting at the helm of two multi-million-dollar companies.My purpose is to help business owners create the entrepreneurial lives they want to live. Since founding Giant Leap in 2003, I've supported hundreds of leaders through assessments, workshops, peer mentoring, and consulting.You might be devising your overall strategy, fine-tuning execution, overcoming a roadblock, or navigating your succession plan.
