I spent the Summer of 2015 working as an Assistant Team Leader for a group of teenagers as they researched, planned and carried out a social action project, raising awareness and money for local charities. I was jointly responsible for the welfare, well-being and enjoyment of the group of young people, making sure that they had all the tools and resources that they needed in order to complete the NCS programme.

I worked at Bowden Hall for just over a year as a waiter, working not just in the normal restaurant, but also for events such as business conferences, Weddings and Christmas parties. My time spent at the hotel taught me a great deal about working under pressure, and also gave me the opportunity to work with a number of different nationalities, both in terms of colleagues and customers.

During the Summer of 2014, I was responsible for cleaning, painting, and decorating Student Houses in Cheltenham.
