Utilize customer segmentation guidance from branch manager and Sales & Marketing Supervisor to effectively target new clientsSend feedback on strategies for new sales and promotion campaigns to increase sales from the various market segmentsConduct sales visit to existing clients, identifying service gaps and promoting product use and new product uptakePrepare customer feedback to Sales & Marketing SupervisorOffer support in the development, writing and improving new and existing productsCreate a sales and marketing plan for the products and servicesCarry out own research to identify prospective and potential clients and report to Sales & Marketing SupervisorMaintain and coordinate sales calls, reports and mailing listAssist in the development and writing of such short announcements, production of flyers and other literature that will assist in effective promotion and sales.Perform any other such other duties as directed by the branch Manager

Maintain accurate auditable records of all procurement processesEnsure that all repairs, services and maintenance are performed on the hotel vehicles and other equipments.Monitor fuel consumption for the hotel fleet.Compile all maintenance and fuel consumption reports for vehicles and generatorResponsible for receiving the procured suppliesEnsuring that the monthly physical stock counts are done as scheduledMaintain and update stock/inventory records.Maintain a transparent, honest and supportive communication structure with colleagues.Build and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, NGO's and any other stakeholders.Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnershipsNegotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms Approve the ordering of necessary goods and servicesExamine and re-evaluate existing contractsAnticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategiesPerform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreementsPrepare and draft documents for bidding
