During my tenure I have overseen some of Rose's most challenging construction projects, capably providing project management for new developments and the repositioning of existing residential buildings.As a member of Rose’s pre-construction team, my responsibilities include coordinating professional consultants and contractors to develop design, construction documents, budgets, schedules, construction bids/ awards, permitting and regulatory compliance (DOT, DEP, OSHA, etc.). During construction, as the Owner Representative, duties include overseeing the Construction Manager and/or General Contractor from project inception through closeout and issuance of the Final Certificate of Occupancy.Most recently completed construction projects include Hoyt & Horn (at 210 Livingston Street), a 368-unit luxury property in Downtown Brooklyn, including 15,000 square feet of retail and an MTA subway entrance. The construction of 7 West 21st Street, a 289-unit ultra-luxury project with associated retail and parking garage in a landmarked district. Additional ground-up projects for Rose include Chelsea Landmark (26th St and 6th Ave), The Melar (93rd and Broadway) and The Larstrand (77th and Broadway). Other noted projects include the conversion of The Sheffield (57th and 8th Ave) from rental to condominium, which involved extensive unit reconfiguration and upgrades.Other notable projects, Helena, a 480-unit luxury multifamily building which achieved Leed Certified Silver status. Symphony Space (95th and Broadway) and The Tate (23rd Street and 10th Ave).Initially worked for Rubinstein and Scialla Architects where he coordinated designed and produced construction documents for luxury residential homes in New Jersey from 1994 to 1997.
