Duties and responsibilities▪ Successfully handled multiple CASEVAC`s and MEDEVAC`s in battle prone areas and hospitals in aabove listed cities eliciting excellent results and feedback for both patients and the clients▪ Responsible for total patient care including but not limited to appropriate pre-flight assessment,packaging, loading, in flight care, unloading and hand over, both in rotor, Fixed-wing aircraft and in ground transport.▪ Working with the physician and nurse in all inflight procedures and treatments including advanced airway interventions such as Rapid Sequence Intubation module, breathing circuits and much more.▪ Responsible for set up of patient monitoring and ongoing assessment with recognition ofchanges in the medical condition that might require emergency intervention.▪ Ensuring that ventilators, monitors and other types of medical equipment remain fullyfunctional and flag any issues to the appropriate POC▪ Administration medication and intravenous infusions in line with best clinical practice▪Assisting in continuous maintenance of updated Pre-Hospital treatment protocols, response time goals, quality assurance procedures as well Standard Operating Procedures while transporting critically ill patients on the aircraft.▪ In-charge of petty cash management and team logistics
