Working across the main hospital site and out in GP practices, this role allows me to work with patients with long term conditions, chronic pain and assist with rehabilitation from injuries. Within this role, I have also completed a rotation within rheumatology, completing my competencies for treating a range of rheumatological conditions. I also work within the fracture clinic. This role allows me to work closely with patients after an acute injury and guide them through their rehabilitation. In addition to my clinical caseload, I have a passion for quality improvement and clinical governance. I have worked on several projects to standardise discharge processes within the outpatient team and initiate the self-referral pathway to Physiotherapy (in line with the NHS 2023/24 priorities and operations planning guidance).

As a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist. I have had experience in: MSK Outpatients, Surgery, Elderly Care, care of a medical patient and Respiratory medicine. I also regular complete out of hours shifts on the mobility rota and on-call respiratory rota.I have a keep passion for healthcare economics and service improvement. I have completed my bronze QI and level 2 award in quality improvement.

During Lockdown, I co-founded GoPrinter, suppling personalised gifts and business merchandise. As the major stakeholder, my notable achievements are negotiating a contract with Durham University for freshers T-shirts, providing a local restaurant chain with face masks to help combat Covid-19 and supplying a merchandise range for a social media influencers.

Began refereeing Rugby Union at 15 Years Old, continually progressed through the Rugby pyramid to Level 4 (National 2).Representing the RFU both nationally and internationally.

Delivered prompt and friendly customer service to customers daily in a dynamic environment. Evidenced by my bronze and silver customer service awards from Tesco for my ‘outstanding service’. Working across all departments within our store, I was able to adapt to changing situations. Alongside my customer assistant role, I regularly undertook the checkout team leader position. Which included the responsibility of delegating tasks to colleagues and solving complex customer issues.
