I lead and mentor a team of event representatives to execute promotional campaigns and drive event engagement. My role focuses on developing their skills while ensuring smooth operations and delivering unforgettable event experiences. In addition, I am in frequent contact with the Founder when these events are being organised helping me to develop my awareness of event strategy and planning.

Part of a representative team who promote and sell tickets for student events. Predominantly this is done through social media, word-of-mouth and on-campus outreach to increase attendance to events which I organise via direct contact with the Founder.

Organising and running activity camps during the holidays for children from a wide range of ages.

Charged with recruiting a team of 10 for The Enchanted Garden Ball - the largest student event in Exeter, and one of the largest in the UK.Once recruited, I led the sales effort and was involved in the logistics for an event with over 7,000 attendees.

Coaching and refereeing a variety of sports, which included frequent contact with parents, staff of other school and supporting the development of students as both sports players and people. As part of this, I was given full responsibility to manage the U11 'B' team for rugby.I also provided in-class academic support for children between the ages of 4 and 13 predominantly focussing on those who were struggling to keep up with the pace of the curriculum which involved coming up with creative ways to make learning fun and engaging.

Learned about the production process, the role of social media, photo shooting and the multiple ways of taking the product to market (including attending country events, and helping with online orders)
