The Fan Park concept was developed by VeloGoGo to promote cycling to a wider audience and to allow cycling fans to engage with the Tour de France in the UK. In partnership with Amaury Sports Organisation, VeloGoGo delivered the inaugural Tour de France Fan Park in July 2013 & 2014.Working as part of a small team VeloGogo executed simultaneous events in Green Park, Trafalgar Square and Harrogate over the opening weekend of the Tour de France in the UK. The Fan Parks had an attendance of over 200,000 people and were a huge success from both a sponsorship and sports fan perspective.
