George Patsis holds a PhD in Physics and is currently Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in the University of West Attica, Greece. He has worked on process and device modeling and characterization and has contributed to the metrology software of Nanometrisis. His scientific work is published in over 80papers in international journals and has participated in over 100 international conferences on microelectronics.
