Currently working with a tight-knit, bootstrapped team of 6 - 8 experienced individuals to build on our new mission to enable more than a million people to self-serve their way to lean and muscular physiques via generative AI and digital fitness, strategically leveraging our acquisition of a popular fitness equipment company with over ~$10M in sales & over 150K users in US/EU region.

During COVID, worked with Ritual's founders to spin off a new venture to focus on the digital fitness app space in order to tackle COVID challenges that the fitness sector faced. Raised from angels for seed round and focused on experimenting and scaling in the digital fitness space with a strongly reviewed subscription product, Ritual FIT. Did not succeed due to acquisition woes but took away important lessons.

Joined the Ritual executive team after leaving Carousell in order to pursue a more engineering/datascience focused skillset, worked with the team to streamline and build auxiliary products in the boutique gym franchise sector.

Served as senior product and worked closely with execs after being acquired, focused on cars sector and led payments, logistics and escrow for broader classifieds after. During this period, had the privilege of being mentored by a high quality, senior exec team and founders, and experienced how to work with a much larger team and the challenges that come from functioning at the Series A/B/C level of a successful startup.

Pivoted to a product company with previous co-founders, and served the used car b2b sector. Grew to serve 70% of the used car dealership market in SG, and was acquired by Carousell after a couple of years.

Originally focused on setting up a QA outsourcing team with 2 co-founders but instead pivoted to a web and mobile development agency, followed by releasing a couple of experimental app products that made a splash in the market.

Started off as part-time QA, but trained with senior execs and eventually co-lead the hiring and growth of local QA folks in SG and matured our QA setup.
