I have a vast knowledge of several fields of work. I worked for 20 yrs in fabrication where I started out as a rigger and worked my way up to leaderman. In this position I had 60 people under me and I was in charge of thousands of tons lifts and load outs. My work ethic is great as is my desire to complete task. I also ran my own carpentry business for 15 yrs where I was responsible for negotiations of contracts, safety and job completion. I also learned electrical, plumbing, painting and inspection of homes for my customers as well as all aspects of carpentry. I worked as a safety coordinator and assistant supervisor over a 654,000 sq ft facility for Byron Talbot Contractors which had 265,000 sq ft of buildings on it. I was responsible for daily safety meetings for 80 to 150 subcontractors. I also monitored and approved all lift procedures for safety. JSA as well as PreTask Forms were monitored by me.I’ve worked four different safety projects for Action Industries Incorporated. During this time I did some foreman work and equipment operation for Action. I am now a NCCCO Operator working for TNT Crane doing turn around work in the plants. This is very interesting as the work is never quite the same the people are different from state to state as well as the equipment.

I was hired to be the safety coordinator on a 22 acre project for Halliburton. My duties were to have daily safety meetings with all subs as well as making sure equipment check list,JSAs and PreTask forms were completed. I drew from my vast experience in lifting loads and monitored all heavy lifts. I was responsible for the subs being OSHA compliant in their day to day activities. As the project matured I was moved up to Assistant Superintendent to help with completion. With the new title came responsibility to get job completed. This was great for me as I'm task oriented.

I hired on as a experienced crawler crane operator. I worked my way up to leaderman. I was responsible for making lifts and load outs with numerous pieces of equipment. As leaderman I'm proud to say I was directly involved in several men learning to operate bigger and more types of equipment as well as having the CEO tell me job well done for being the first leaderman to save money by operating the 60 man crew on 75% of the allocated budget. During my time as operator and leaderman I was involved in safety committees for my crew.
