As leaderman I'm proud to say I was directly involved in several men learning to operate bigger and more types of equipment as well as having the CEO tell me job well done for being the first leaderman to save money by operating the 60 man crew on 75% of the allocated budget. During my time as operator and leaderman I was involved in safety committees for my crew. I was a direct link to safety reps.The aspects of all the various pieces of equipment carried into electrical dangers as well as overloading.
