In this role I attended a variety of different sports sessions. I was able to lead in a variety of different scenarios whilst also assisting other coaches. Leading in multi-sport sessions allowed me to become more comfortable and familiar with different sports and activities. The main groups were children of varied ages and abilities which meant I always had to be adaptable and make sessions flexible.

Throughout Pre-season I was able gain experience within a semi-pro setting. I was involved in both academy and first team testing. I then assisted in first team trainings and matchdays into the season. I was able to see how training is planned and how programmes are individualised for players.
