- Produce tender programme in Primavera EPPM according to the scope of works, client expectation, project objectives and deliverables. Once contract awarded, develop the tender programme in co- ordination with Project Team into a fully integrated Baseline Programme- Configuration of Project Systems structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management,Ensuring that construction projects are completed within set deadlines, budget.- Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule- Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar-chart plan considering all inputs (labor, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.Develop and update resource (labor and equipment) histogram weekly/monthly as required. Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern that require action of the associate task member - delay analysis.- Participate in Prepare claims and consider its details particulars such as Delay Analysis, cost impact and participate in claim resolution efforts as needed for the extension of time (EOT) referring to a well study of the contract agreement and conditions and supported clauses. -Prepare reports and progress monitoring tools using earned value, monitoring of the above-mentioned schedules by submitting daily, weekly and monthly, and creating interactive dynamic Management Dashboard and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Monitor progress both on and off site. Identify deviations (progress trends) in construction progress and suggest possible courses of corrective action.- Prepare Progress Videos, Delay Analysis,- Responsible for studying Contract of tender projects - Make Baseline Schedule For all Types of projects
