Ever since I can remember, achieving results has been part of my life. I feel greatly motivated when being professionally "busy". I am an energetic, hard working, self driven and fast learner person.I consider effective communication as a key to professional success (or a reason for failure if not paying attention to it). I studied a lot on it, I applied it and I take care of constantly adapting my communication to my work or personal environment. I have been part of the recruiting process since 2006, including training and performance management after hiring. I consider myself a good people and performance manager. If I were to name one great tool I use related to these last two competences, it is situational leadership.I love working with people and I love working by myself in the same time. The key for me is motivation!
