App. 805 (2017).• Represented a Class 1 railroad as co-counsel in litigation matters in state and federal courts such as Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) and general tort disputes.• Lead counsel for putative class in an FDCPA class action lawsuit against a collection agency in federal court.• Co-counsel for putative classes in six FDCPA class actions against debt buyers in federal court which has included multi-district litigation and litigation in federal bankruptcy court.• Represented insurance company as lead counsel and obtained dismissal in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) lawsuit in federal court.• Represented defendant construction company as co-counsel in a residential construction dispute in South Carolina state court.• Tried multiple bench trials to a verdict and obtained favorable judgments in each matter.
