Senior It Operations Analyst
CurrentWork with support teams to ensure systems are available, secure and performing satisfactorily, in compliance with defined SLAs.Develop and maintain functional knowledge and technical expertise of in-house production systems and 3rd party applicationsExecute the key processes/functions that support delivery of the department's Services. This will include completing technical riskassessments, solutions research, and testing.Support business owners on all technical matters relating to production systems.Execute the IT Operations review function within Change Management, to ensure changes are assessing impact and risks correctlyand meet the operational requirements.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to production systems. This includes, but is not limited to,high severity email notifications, planned outage notifications and collaboration with AL communications team on technical matters.Collaborate with internal departments and ensure that interaction is responsive and accurate and that incidents are escalated asrequired.Contribute to external and internal audits
