I'm a 28 years old Founder and CEO of EntoProtein and GreenHorizon Farms, I am committed to providing innovative and sustainable food solutions that address global challenges such as food insecurity, water scarcity, and environmental degradation. I leverage technology and collaboration to create a healthier, more sustainable food system, having sustainability, innovation, and compassion as my flagship values.With a background in business and finance from the University of Sheffield, I have successfully launched and scaled two ventures that use insect-derived protein and advanced aeroponic technology to produce organic and nutritious food products using significantly less water and land compared to traditional methods. I have also achieved multiple certifications in ESG, integrated marketing communications, and renewable energy and green building entrepreneurship, enhancing my skills and knowledge in the environmental sector.
