I'm a 28 years old Founder and CEO of EntoProtein and GreenHorizon Farms, I am committed to providing innovative and sustainable food solutions that address global challenges such as food insecurity, water scarcity, and environmental degradation. I leverage technology and collaboration to create a healthier, more sustainable food system, having sustainability, innovation, and compassion as my flagship values.With a background in business and finance from the University of Sheffield, I have successfully launched and scaled two ventures that use insect-derived protein and advanced aeroponic technology to produce organic and nutritious food products using significantly less water and land compared to traditional methods. I have also achieved multiple certifications in ESG, integrated marketing communications, and renewable energy and green building entrepreneurship, enhancing my skills and knowledge in the environmental sector. My mission is to revolutionize food production and combat climate change, while cultivating a greener, healthier planet for future generations.
