I am a Geospatial Remote Sensing Engineering student studying at Cal State Northridge. I focus in raster image processing, distributed systems for satellite based remote sensing, and CAD and CAM modeling for remote sensor housings. I also focus in infrastructure resiliency, particularly water resources in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. In addition, I am experienced in CNC metalworking of infrared and sonar housing modules using high tensile materials requiring long run times on multi-axis mills and lathes. I flourish being involved the process between design, fabrication, calibration, and am excellent on my feet, being able to actively understand each chain of operation in each domain of production. I am able to effectively communicate the needs of engineering teams to the shop floor and other manufacturers, focusing on the most efficient ways to create sensor technology that is not only effective, but cost effective and environmentally conscious. This involves focusing on weighting, balancing, and fine machining of both plastic, composite, and metallic components. I am also experienced in field data collection and calibration, having a scalpel like approach to sifting and refining data to create the most pure product both physical and digital.
