I am proud to be a small part of it.This Technology, Operations, Programs, and Strategy (TOPS) team operates across ITS departments in advisory and supportive roles. In this capacity, I work across several focus areas. I am actively involved in the development of ActiveDX™, a data exchange platform, and Active-Vision™, a computer vision application, both of which are tailored to intelligent transportation. I advise a team that applies artificial intelligence to advanced molecular analysis for defense, space, pharmaceutical, and health applications. I also advise the ROS-Industrial team which is a leader in advanced industrial robotics software development and that provides advanced capabilities for industrial robotics applications. I am leading the division’s focus on commercial aviation automation with a focus on making ground, maintenance, and airport operations safer and more efficient. I sit on the division’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and ISO 9001:2105 Quality Management System (QMS) steering committees. I am currently assistant PM on an innovative $8M Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) scalable server-less Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) Data Exchange Platform (DEP) project. V2X DEP will fuse, analyze, and share data with next generation connected vehicles, transportation infrastructure, vehicle manufacturers, third parties, etc. Show less
