Succeeded my beloved mentor, Dr. Gary Boyd, professor at Concordia University for over 40 years, in teaching his signature course about the systemic ways to see, and design, the world.

Collaborated with Ray Taylor, Acorda Press' publisher, in the creation and launching of my first book, Think and Learn Rich: Accelerated Learning in Higher Education.

• Using principles I had studied for my Master’s thesis, designed the course and training materials of the company’s new electronic time card system and acted as co-trainer, teaching the course to all supervisors• Intervened to redesign, at the company’s request, another large-scale course that was previously very poorly received. After four weeks of collaborating with and coaching subject matter experts, succeeded in revamping the course to everyone’s great satisfaction • Chosen to design and then teach the course on career progression plans to all supervisors in the company• Managed the training department’s quality control system, fielding and resolving hundreds of training issues raised by our clients• Designed, created, and updated various tools such as tables, matrices, and macro-enabled spreadsheets for both supervisors and training coordinators to track and communicate the training progress of all departments I served• Standardized training tools and practices by serving virtually all sectors of the company, collaborating with multiple levels of company employees from factory workers to upper management • Spearheaded multiple training initiatives to redesign courses and curricula of various sectors• Through my aforementioned accomplishments, was a key player in bringing the company’s unified training team, over the course of my 5-year stay, from its incubation to its certification of the company’s highest standard of performance (ACE Gold)
